WORKER (SCW)
STREETLINE is a voluntary organisation that has been providing medium-
to long-term residential care as well as Aftercare for young people in
the Dublin & Mid-Leinster area for over **Apply on the website**
years. Our residential care centre is staffed by a manager and team of
trained and experienced Social Care Workers based in Dublin 1. The
Streetline **Apply on the website** Centre (**Apply on the website**
North Circular Road, Dublin 1) caters for young people aged **Apply on

Based on the minimum requirements that TUSLA Alternative Care
Inspection & Monitoring Services (ACIMS) and HIQA will consider in
relation to staffing levels and qualification requirements for
re-registration of Streetline and underpinned by the Child Care
(Standards in Children?s Residential Centres) Regulations, **Apply

Residential Centres **Apply on the website** (HIQA), applicants who
meet the following criteria are invited to apply:
* SOCIAL CARE MANAGER/CENTRE MANAGER: Must have a Level 8
qualification in social care and 5 years? experience of working in a
Social Care Grade in a Children?s Residential Centre as relevant to
the role AND a management qualification suitable for a health care or
social care setting OR Must hold a qualification in a related and
relevant field and a management qualification suitable for a health
care or social care setting and have previously been the manager of a
registered centre with the ACIMS within the past 3 years from the time
of application (must have held the post for a period of **Apply on the

the date of application).
* SOCIAL CARE WORKER: must have a recognised degree in Social Care
(minimum NFQ Level 7 - however, you can still apply if you will attain
NFQ Level 7 in Social Care in **Apply on the website**) and,
preferably, some experience of children?s residential care.
